Did anyone say cheese?

I can smile and I am known to smile in photos, however on this occasion I look very serious and focused on the task at hand. I am of course referring to my 2 minutes of fame, when I was filmed for an IAG video clip. I wasn’t the star of the show, but it was an exciting experience for me, but my adrenaline was charged in support of my young person the real diploma star.

After spending Christmas in the glorious hot Australian tropics it’s been a shock to my system to quickly adjust to the freezing temperatures of Hertfordshire. In 24 hours I went from 31°C in Sydney to -4°C at Heathrow! But on a positive, the landscape looks so beautiful coated in pure white snow.

Yummy! I’ll be tucking into free breakfast until the end of term - a college staff reward for achieving a good grade at Ofsted! Although a stressful week, I don’t think I’ve ever felt more organised and now have the time to eat a full fry up in the morning. The hard work has paid off as the end of term approaches.
