Attached is SSAT IAG Lead Associate, David Andrews's case study on Portsmouth City Council, who have worked with the regional IAG Champion and used the IAG training frameworks to develop a series of training programmes for different groups within the local IAG workforce. This case study illustrates how one local authority has used the training frameworks in precisely the way that was intended.
