Film about Extended Project launched

A short film about independent learning skills in the Extended Project qualification has been added to the General Qualifications Support Programme website.

The film aims to illustrate:

• learners' experiences of developing as independent learners through the Extended Project qualification
• how practitioners promote, deliver and support independent learning skills through the Extended Project qualification.
• a range of activities and resources being used to support the development of independent learning skills.

The film features learners, practitioners and higher education staff from Winstanley Sixth Form College in Wigan, Derby College of Further Education, Beauchamp College near Leicester, Lincoln University and the University of Leeds. Resources from these centres are also available on the website.
