A new mentoring resource is available from 14-19 Workforce Support, which will support you in using a mentoring approaching to problem-solving and help you improve your Diploma delivery.
Our three-stage mentoring model gives you a structured approach to holding professional conversations with colleagues to solve issues of mutual interest.
It complements coaching skills and techniques and includes video clips of a consortium working through the mentoring process.
