A Regional Diploma Co-ordinator has responsibility for a number of consortia within their region, providing support and guidance in preparing practitioners for Diploma delivery.
RDCs work with consortium leads, line leads and practitioners; they are the first point of contact for both core and bespoke practitioner training. They also liaise with other workforce development partners and Government Office advisers, to ensure that consortia have access to all training relevant to their needs.
